Great interview, Joseph. Do you have any idea if the jurisdictional ruling to the appeal in the Gomulka/Anthony Gorgia case means the end of the fight, or will Gene Gomulka continue to fight? Here in the Birmingham diocese, we are dealing with one of the defendants in the NAC case, Fr. John Mc Donald, who is closing Sacred Heart School, Anniston where he is pastor. At Birmingham Diocesan Watch, we need to know if that means that Anthony Gorgia’s seminary formator, Fr John McDonald, no longer fears that justice will be done for Anthony, who was coerced into signing a resignation letter.

      I don’t know the answer.
