    Joseph,
I have a suggestion for you. Do not refer to yourself as “gay” in any context. This is a ploy of the “movement” to keep men and women trapped into their “club”, whether you want to be included or not. You will always identify as a “gay man” with these people, if you use this term.
I refer to myself as a “man who has same-sex attractions”. This refers to BEHAVIOR. It is a behavior that I am choosing to reject, (like smoking, drinking, gambling, etc.). This is a choice on my part.
This behavior does not define my whole person.
